PRAGUE (Reuters) – Bernhard Maier, chairman of Czech carmaker Skoda Auto, part of the Volkswagen Group <VOWG_p.DE>, will leave his post after nearly five years at the end of July, the company said on Thursday.
Skoda said a successor would be elected by the board in August.
